Valid active IEC (not in DEL) + Udyam. Factoring via RBI/IFSCA-regulated factor. Not for SEZ or deemed exports.

GIFT City & India — same

Both routes eligible at same rate. INR or freely convertible foreign currency, recourse or non-recourse.

MSMEs with valid IEC + Udyam, factoring via RBI/IFSCA-regulated entities on/after 20 Feb 2026. Capped at ₹50 lakh/year. Not for deemed exports or SEZ.

Yes — both qualify at 2.75% if the factor is RBI-regulated (India) or IFSCA-regulated (GIFT City). Same rate, cap and positive list.
